Lee Ann’s amazing seven procedure transformation!

Mid/lower face lift, neck lift, eye rejuvenation, tummy tuck, thigh lift, breast lift, dental treatment

This was a treat I had been promising myself for years, and once I had sold my house I was determined to do it. You only live once. I am so pleased with how I look and I feel great!

Years prior to wanting cosmetic surgery, I had had a gastric bypass to help me lose weight. The bypass worked wonders but left me with a lot of loose skin. The only option to get rid of the loose skin was to have cosmetic surgery. I travelled to Bangkok in August 2017. I wanted to be there a few days before my cosmetic journey began in September. I had a mid/lower face, neck lift, eye rejuvenation, thigh lift, arm lift and breast lift with breast implants. You can’t of course have all of these procedures in one surgery, so this meant three separate operations. I completed my makeover with the dental work that I had been putting off for some time because of the prices in New Zealand. It was an amazing experience and when you go through something like this, it is filled with ups and downs. This was a treat I had been promising myself for years, and once I had sold my house I was determined to do it. You only live once. The house sale actually happened fairly quickly, so next thing, arrangements were being made. As I was saving money, and a lot of money, by having this done in Thailand, I decided I would stay in a 5 star hotel. Jacqui arranged this for me.

My room

My room was on the executive floor which entitled me to all the executive benefits: Buffet breakfast on the executive floor, so no queueing for me. Afternoon tea was also provided. High tea with all the yummy cakes and sandwiches. Happy hour at 5pm with bubbles and all means of finger food. I actually think staying here may have saved me money as I barely needed to venture out for anything. My room overlooked the Menam River and it was huge. I had a king size bed, in a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom off it, big enough to fit both a bath and a shower. My room had its own lounge with a 50″ flat screen TV. The room was so big it even had a writing desk. It was fantastic and I had plenty of space to sprawl out during my recovery.

Downs

It’s important to tell you that because I was having so much done, I did stay in Bangkok the length of time the surgeon recommended. I was there for 5.5 weeks. I also followed his instructions to the letter as I wanted to make sure I gave my body everything it needed to heal. It wasn’t all plain sailing. I had been through a lot of procedures and the anaesthetic alone can effect the way you are feeling. That combined with being away for so long from family and friends was hard at times. My advice would be stay in touch with them. Give them a call or a text everyday.

Conclusion

Before I left for Bangkok, I had decided I was going to share my journey on Facebook so others could see what the hospital, surgeons, nurses, hotels and recovery was like. This proved to be not only of benefit to others but also to me because of the lovely messages from family and friends – It really keeps you going. The blues didn’t last for long as I am a very happy, positive person so I managed to get out of the hotel quite a lot. This did not prove to be such a good thing because when it was time for me to head home back to NZ, I actually needed to arrange freight for all the excess luggage I had managed to acquire on my outings “shopping trips”. The shopping is out of this world. I love the reactions of others more than anything and I know that Jacqui herself was gob smacked when she saw me. I won’t say the word she said but it started with F#$@@@ and ended with beautiful. I am so pleased with how I look and I feel great!

Claire reclaims her pre-pregnancy body

Tummy tuck & dental

Having undergone a twin pregnancy, my abdominals had been pulled apart – that coupled with stretching of skin and 2x Caesarean sections meant that no amount of diet and exercise would change this. That’s where MediCation came in.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Jacqui Wilson, founder of MediCation NZ through a mutual friend 2 years ago after relocating home to NZ with my 3 sons now aged 11 years and 7 years (identical twins). I had been through an acrimonious divorce and began exercising and losing weight through diet and healthy eating. I lost a huge 13kg over a 6 month period, I loved every part of my reclaimed pre-pregnancy body apart from my abdomen and waist. Having undergone a twin pregnancy my abdominals had been pulled apart that coupled with stretching of skin and 2x Caesarean sections meant that no amount of diet and exercise would change this. That’s where MediCation came in. I underwent a full tummy tuck with abdominal repair and vaser liposuction to my waist only 4 weeks prior to my photo shoot. I am over the moon with my results already and have been told I will see full benefit around 3 months post surgery. This has truly been a life changing experience for me and I have renewed confidence that is priceless. I also had dental work done after I was discharged from hospital (crown, fillings and whitening) which was also faultless and at a fraction of what it would have cost in NZ. I travelled by myself to Bangkok for the procedures, everything was organised by MediCation from flights, accommodation, surgery/dental appointments to transfers. The whole experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend anybody considering plastic surgery or dental work go through Jacqui Wilson and MediCation. Thank you Jacqui – you are an Angel!

Meet the new and improved Donna!

Tummy tuck & breast lift

I travelled to Thailand with two close friends. One of them joined me in the hospital and had cosmetic surgery too. Tummy tuck is one of the biggest procedures to recover from. I can honestly say it was all worth it.

A tummy tuck and a perky bust was something I had been wanting for years. My family were all grown and I wanted to do something for myself. Your breasts and tummy are never the same after you have had children – I wanted to feel good about myself in outfits and a bikini again. I travelled to Thailand with two close friends. One of them joined me in the hospital and had cosmetic surgery too. She had her old breast implants replaced with new ones and an upper blepharoplasty (eye lids).

We had our surgery in Phuket at PPSI and I can’t fault the surgeons, nurses or the hospital. The level of care is incredible. The hospital is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious with ensuites. We each had our own room to recuperate in. It wasn’t easy to begin with. After the surgery, I was very sore but had been told by Jacqui and the doctors and nurses that tummy tuck is one of the biggest procedures to recover from, especially in my case as I had had an extended tummy tuck. My boob job turned out to be a little bit more difficult for the surgeon than first anticipated also, because one breast was slightly lower than the other (which I have since learned is very common after babies and breast feeding).

All in all it was an amazing experience. It had ups and downs and days where I wondered what I had done but at the end of it I can honestly say it was all worth it. I absolutely love my new body and would do it all again.

Breast augmentation

The first time I travelled to Thailand was for a breast augmentation in November 2013. I decided to have my procedure done through MediCation as not only did Jacqui book everything for me (from surgery to accommodation with airport transfers), she completely took the stress out of everything so I could focus solely on surgery. Any question I had… she had the answer for, which was very reassuring.

The surgery was a huge success, everything ran so smoothly – from my very first pick up at the airport to the very last drop off back to the airport. I had the best time in Phuket and I even met two girls from Australia, who were having the same procedure as me on the same day and we all still remain friends to this day.

If it wasn’t for MediCation, I don’t think it would have been as great as it was. 4 months after I had come back from Thailand my friend had put up a post on Facebook talking about a bootcamp in Phuket. I was dying to get back there so I went along with him. Little did I know this was about to be the trip and opportunity of a life time.

The boot camp was 4 weeks long at Tiger Muay Thai in Chalong, Phuket. I fell in love with everything about the place, from the people to the environment to the fitness classes. I made so many amazing friends. A few days before I was supposed to flyhome I noticed that they were looking for female fitness staff at Tiger Muay Thai. Me being a personal trainer jumped at the idea of working there – so i applied to be a fitness coach!

I got offered a two week trial to see how I take classes etc and low and behold – I passed with flying colours. I had been offered the job as a fitness coach at a place i was absolutely in love with – it really was a dream come true!. I spent the next 2.5 years coaching clients from all over the world including UFC fighters and professional athletes.

I have had some of the best times of my life in Thailand and although I’ve moved on from Asia to tackle Europe doing the same thing, Phuket will always hold a special place in my heart. A lot of that has to do with my very first trip to Phuket with MediCation.

Thank you so much Jacqui for everything you did for me, you made my first trip to Phuket as great as it could be and I would recommend MediCation to anyone and everyone that is planning to have cosmetic surgery in Thailand and overseas.

MediCation and Jacqui support you before, during and after you have had the work done. They really care. Having this dental work done has given me so much more confidence and people can’t stop staring at my new smile. Best compliment yet came from my brother who whacked his leg and said, “F#$@! your teeth look great Wayne”

Helen’s fairytale ending in Phuket

Full face lift and arm lift with VASER lipo

About three years ago I lost around 35 kilos in weight. Although I now looked a whole lot better and a whole lot thinner – unfortunately I now had huge amounts of ugly loose skin under my upper arms!”

This loose skin was not able to be “exercised” away and I felt really conscious when wearing sleeveless dresses and tops with this unsightly loose skin. When I heard that my friend Mo was heading away in a years time to Thailand, to get some plastic surgery done, I mentioned about my underarms and we decided we would go over to Phuket together so both of us could get surgery done at the same time. Mo put me onto Jacqui at MediCation and she organised the whole trip from start to finish, including the surgery, hospital, surgeon, accommodation, flights, transport and transfers. The time finally came and in August this year Mo and I were flying off to Phuket – to initially have surgery followed by recovery time, and then our husbands (who were also good friends) were coming over for ten days holiday with us at the end.I initially thought I would just get the underarm excess skin removed but then thought if I am going all that way why not get my turkey neck and double chin removed as well. At the clinic my surgeon also suggested I have a eyebrow lift and said a lower facelift would be ideal for what I wanted done. Both surgeries also required some liposuction. Because I was over sixty and was going to be operated on for over five hours I had to do a treadmill walking test which I passed with flying colours! I was also given a few other tests just to make sure my body would be up to the surgery, which it was! They are very thorough there. Finally the day arrived for my surgery. I arrived early morning at the Hospital and after some more routine tests I was given my own room which was very nice and very big, and then taken to surgery. My surgeon was very reassuring as by this stage I was starting to feel a little nervous. He held my hand while I was being put under by the anaesthetic. A few hours later I was being woken up and the surgery had been done.
I admit that for the first five days I hated looking in the mirror as I was very swollen and my eyes were little slits. On the sixth day I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror – I couldn’t believe how young I looked! My god this surgery had wiped off about 10 to 15 years of my life! I started sending photos through to my family and friends and they couldn’t believe how young I looked also! My arms also looked great – no more unsightly loose skin! I spent three days and three nights in hospital and then spent another 6 days recovering at the hotel before my husband came and we then spent another ten days having a great holiday in Phuket. The hospital was really nice with lovely food and heaps of it. You could choose what you wanted to eat each day. The nurses very friendly and helpful although sometimes some of their English was a bit limited! I have had nothing but positive comments about the new me! My husband is thrilled he now has a much younger looking wife! My children can’t believe the difference! I now have three sisters and a lot of friends who also want face lifts. My friend Mo was also thrilled to bits with her surgery!
